Next Link Technology, Inc. builds a variation of Integrated Mechanical Systems (IMS). We extend our custom cable assembly offerings by fitting them onto metal structures for specific customer applications. For each IMS, we listen to the needs of the application, followed with our collaboration. Once the function of the IMS is determined, we begin the layout of the IMS and choose the “best-fit” materials and components.
We collaborate again on the layout and walk thru the IMS functionality. After the layout confirmation, our engineers begin the design and engineering process for our internal building process. In-house, we pull our IMS team together and explain the exact function of the IMS and insert our testing parameters during the build. When the build is complete, the final IMS has been tested at least 500% before shipping it to its customer
